Terms of Service
Effective from the date VeriHub launches publicly. VeriHub is operated by Cedar Forge Consulting LLC, based in Casper, Wyoming, USA.
1. What VeriHub is
VeriHub is operated by Cedar Forge Consulting LLC, which also operates YEMpay. Signing in to YEMpay with VeriHub transfers your username and membership type within the same company, never to a third party. VeriHub can also sign you in to other services of the YEM ecosystem, such as yem.foundation, yemchain.com and yemsupporters.club, with more to come. Those services are operated independently: your username and membership type are shared with them only after you approve, and nothing else is ever shared.
VeriHub is an identity and account management service. It stores the personal details you choose to provide, lets you control consent over that data, and (where available) lets you verify your identity through our verification partner so that services you sign in to can trust your account without holding your documents themselves.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor credentials safe. Usernames must not begin with a digit. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to verify an identity that is not their own, or breach these terms.
3. Identity verification
Identity verification is performed by Shufti Pro, an independent verification provider. Documents and biometric data you submit for verification are processed by Shufti Pro under their terms and are not stored on VeriHub servers. Submitting falsified or third-party documents is strictly prohibited and may be reported where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VeriHub for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access accounts other than your own, not to probe or disrupt the service, and not to submit personal details belonging to another person. We protect the service with rate limits, lockouts, and monitoring.
5. Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and events beyond our control may interrupt the service. Verification outcomes depend on third-party providers and are outside our direct control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedar Forge Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which is zero for the free tier.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use VeriHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
