How it works

  1. Create your account

Pick a username and password. Add your email for recovery and security notices. Nothing else is required.

  2. Control your data

Store your details if you want them on file. Grant or withdraw consent at any time, with a permanent record of every change.

  3. Sign in anywhere

Services you trust can sign you in with VeriHub using single-use tokens. They never see your password.

A home for your personal details

Your name, address and notification email live in one place. Your password is stored as a salted hash and your email is encrypted, and it is only ever used for account recovery and security notices.

Services you sign in to never receive these details. They get only your username and membership type, and only after you approve.

Verification, built in

Identity verification is here. Prove who you are once with a government ID and a selfie, and every service you use can trust your verified status without ever holding your documents or your data.

Verify your identity now

Security built in, not bolted on

Encrypted email storage

Your notification email is stored with AES-256 encryption. A leaked database backup reveals nothing.

Two-factor authentication

Optional TOTP codes from any authenticator app. Disabling 2FA always requires your password.

Brute-force protection

Failed sign-in attempts are counted and accounts lock temporarily. Error messages never reveal which detail was wrong.

Hashed audit trail

Every change to your data is logged with hashed values, so the trail itself holds no personal information.

Questions, answered

Is VeriHub free?

Creating an account and managing your identity is free. Identity verification is a one-off paid upgrade: 8.28 CHF (about 8.28 YEM), charged once via YEMPay to cover the cost of the check performed by our verification partner. If you are already verified you never pay it again. A new check is only needed when you verify for the first time, when you change the name on your profile, or if an investigation requires a fresh or enhanced check, for example one that also confirms your address.

Who performs the identity check?

Verification is carried out by Shufti Pro, an identity verification company founded in 2016 and headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It runs identity, KYC and anti money laundering checks for more than 2,000 businesses across 240+ countries and territories, including well known fintech, crypto and trading companies such as Binance, Bitget, Trading 212 and IC Markets. Your document and face images go directly to Shufti Pro over an encrypted connection: VeriHub never sees or stores them, and receives only the outcome.

Does VeriHub share my data?

No. Your details stay in your account. Services you sign in to receive only your username and membership type, and only after you approve. Your email is never shared.

What happens if I withdraw consent?

Your stored personal details are permanently deleted. You keep your account, username and security settings. You can also delete your entire account separately at any time from the Delete your account page.
